Fiber quality has an important influence on the quality of spunlace nonwovens, and high-quality spunlace nonwovens must require high-quality fiber raw materials. The raw materials of spunlace nonwovens are mostly viscose fibers and polyester fibers. High-quality spunlace nonwovens mostly use polyester fibers and high whiteness viscose fibers specially used for nonwovens, which can affect the cleanliness, spinnability, whiteness and safety (such as odor, pH value, heavy metal content) of fibers. etc.) performance requirements. For example: The viscose bleaching process requires the use of hydrogen peroxide bleaching instead of the usual chlorine bleaching to avoid irritating chlorine ions. As one of the most important raw materials of wet wipes, in order to ensure the safety factor of wet wipes microbial control, it is necessary to monitor the microbial indicators of spunlace cloth. It is usually required that the total number of bacterial colonies of spunlaced nonwovens be less than 300 cfu/mL. In the actual production process of spunlace nonwovens, after rinsing in the spunlace process and drying with hot air above 1.0°C in the drying process, the total number of bacterial colonies in spunlace nonwovens is less than 50 cfu/mL, generally between 0~ Between 15 cfu/mL. The main sources of pollution affecting the microbial quality of spunlace nonwovens include air dust in the production environment, work surfaces, operators' palms and clothes, and items in contact with spunlace nonwovens. If we have better control of the above pollution sources, under a suitable packaging and storage environment, the total number of bacterial colonies of spunlace nonwovens will still be less than 100 cfu/mL even after one year. Spunlaced nonwoven packaging materials should be non-toxic, harmless, non-polluting, not easily damaged, and have certain moisture-proof and dust-proof functions to prevent secondary pollution.
