1.The principle of perforated non woven fabric

Perforated non woven fabric refer to the production method that uses hot air to penetrate the fiber web on the drying equipment and make holes to be heated and melted to produce bonding. Generally, the products made of hot air bonding have the characteristics of fluffy, soft, good elasticity and strong warmth retention, but the strength is low and it is easy to deform.

2.The production process of perforated non woven fabric

One step method: unpacking and mixing → vibrating quantitative cotton feeding → double cylinders and double doffers → wide-width high-speed carding into web → hot air oven → automatic punching and rolling → slitting

Two step method: opening and blending → cotton feeder → pre-carding machine → web laying machine → main carding machine → hot air oven → rolling machine → slitting machine

3.Production process of perforated non woven fabric

Perforated non woven fabric can be achieved by different heating and perforating methods. Bonding method and process, fiber type and carding process and web structure will ultimately affect the performance and appearance of nonwovens.

For webs containing low melting point fibers or bicomponent fibers, either hot calender bonding or hot air bonding can be used. For ordinary thermoplastic fibers and their webs mixed with non thermoplastic fibers, calender bonding can be used.

4.Application of perforated non woven products

The perforated non woven fabric has the characteristics of high bulkiness, good elasticity, soft hand feeling, strong warmth retention, good air permeability and water permeability, etc., but its strength is low and it is easy to deform. With the development of the market, perforated non woven products are widely used in the manufacture of diaper fabrics with their unique styles, such as baby diapers, adult incontinence pads, and fabrics for feminine hygiene products.
